My Story

My interest in healthcare started with movement.

I studied kinesiology at the University of New Brunswick, where I was also a varsity soccer player. Being an athlete taught me early on that how you feel in your body can affect everything else—your energy, your performance, your confidence, and your ability to show up for the things that matter to you.

After university, I worked in rehabilitation, where I loved helping people understand their bodies and get back to doing the things they wanted to do.

But I wanted to understand more of the bigger picture—how sleep, nutrition, stress, hormones, digestion, and everyday life can all influence how someone feels.

That curiosity eventually led me to naturopathic medicine.

Today, I bring that same curiosity into my practice. I want to understand the full picture, connect the pieces, and help you make sense of what your body is telling you—without making you feel like you need to overhaul your entire life to feel well.

PHILOSOPHY

Your health deserves to be understood.

Your health is shaped by more than one thing. Sleep, nutrition, stress, hormones, digestion, movement, and everyday life can all play a role in how you feel.

My approach is practical, personalized, and focused on the full picture. Together, we'll connect the pieces, understand the patterns, and figure out what actually makes sense for you.

More is not always better. The right things, at the right time, often are.
